Informations that are automatically registered by us
We automatically register our user's IP-addresses, the type of operating systems and browser they use and some other information. These information are dealt with strictly in a cumulative and processed form, in order to correct incidental faults, better our service, and for statistical reasons. We do not connect these data to any other data given us by our suppliers.

4. Cookies
Some of our services will attach distinctive tags, so called "cookies", to our user's computers which will be deleted as soon as they exit our website. These temporary "cookies" only serve the convenience of our customers, they are not used for any other reasons.

5. Personal data
Some parts of our webpage are only available for our registered users.The data delivered to us through the registration will be dealt with by the utmost circumspection, we consider it top secret, no unauthorised person can acces it.

6. Personal access of registered users
Any personal information of our registered users (like e-mail address), will only be used for purposes previously agreed to by the users themselves; unless the law requires otherwise. Under no circumstances will data be handed to a third a party.

7. Rights of registered users concerning the handling of their personal data
Registered users can ask for information about the use of their personal data. On request we give information about the users personal data, the purpose and duration of data handling, any activity concerning data hadling, and also about who and why receives or have received the data. Requests for information about data handling need to be sent to the info@plasticolor.hu e-mail address, and our reply to the concerned party will arrive within 7 working days. Our users can request the deletion of their data - in that case however they will not be able to access certain pages conditioned to registration.

8. Legal issues
Data operator proceeds according to the law of 1992. LXIII. concerning the publication of any data of general ineterest. User can proceed with legal issues in court according to Dataprotection Law and the Ptk., and can also seek the help of a data protection officer.
